Graduation and Congratulatory Cookies are individually crafted and personalized to celebrate milestones, achievements, and special occasions.
Base pricing reflects the number of images included in our three standard cookie packages:
• Package A – one (1) dozen classic cookies, $20.00
• Package B – four (4) image + eight (8) classic cookies, $22.50
• Package C – twelve (12) image cookies, $26.50
Designs featuring custom shapes, multiple colors, intricate logos, or elaborate detailing may include an adjustment in costs to reflect decorative complexity.
Traditional designs such as graduation caps and scrolls are considered standard. More detailed cookies may include specialty molds featuring hobbies, careers, or other celebratory milestones.
Final pricing reflects cookie size, level of decorative detail, and finishing touches such as metallic accents or layered icing.

Please place orders at least two weeks in advance of your event to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Orders may be accepted with less than two weeks’ notice, however, additional fees may be incurred, including but not limited to express shipping and rush processing.

Most orders ship via ground service unless otherwise requested. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
ID’s Management & Resources cannot be responsible for broken cookies, lost packages, or weather-related delays once shipped.
If damage occurs, please provide photographs so a claim can be filed with the carrier. Refunds are issued once the claim is approved.Delivery:
Local delivery is available in select areas. Fees are based on travel distance, time, tolls, and current fuel costs. Delivery times are confirmed once your order is finalized.Pickup:
